We have been invited to join BIG BAVARIAN BEAUTIES at their premisis Nr Colchester for a e30 meet.

The guys are e30 nutters and are based on a industrial site which used to be an airfield.

The plan so far is meet up, BBQ and the usual banter, messing about etc

Andy @ BB is sorting a date and will let me know this week what's up.

BB have a vast stock of parts, e30's and other models and I'm sure they'll have that one bit you can't find!

As soon as I know more I will update this post.

Was it a red 8v? If so then yes.

The dude had a red 8v track car.. Mine went to be relieved of of its good panels n few other bits for that

It was a stripped out 8v shell with a 16v lump in it..

Post code is CO7 6QD, Best route is B1070 off the A12 Hadliegh Road, Follow signs for Notley Enterprise park, once on Hadliegh road take first right after 2 miles, then first left. The other entrance will be locked up.

BBQ & Beers ( only one each lol ) organised.

Tea & coffee available too, sheltered area sorted if we need to get inside.

Thanks to all for turning up, sorry I was late, bloody traffic, 5hrs getting back from Cambridge!

Foooooking nightmare!

Managed to smash exhuast on the way to also, all fixed again now tho.

Good turn out even if I did arrive as most where leaving, missed all the food and booze too, typical.

BB said they enjoyed it and would make it a monthly meet, the site is fine for this sort of thing and even in the dark I managed to get the old girl up to a silly speed down the runway although nealry missed my turn off!

Found me a 08 plate VXR to play with on the way home too, made up for the lost time by giving it a lesson in acceleration!

Wound up some more boost over the weekend and I'm really looking forward to the next meet, hopefully in the daylight too.
