when the dates sorted why not add it to the CC NE section diary as a meet...might attract a few more peepsessfourteen wrote:There was one at the milkbar last Sunday from another forum.. yes it was full of bikes.. but the cars had their own parking field on the opposite side of the road and it worked fine.
If you meet earlyish on a Sunday.. then you have the benefit of daylight.. plus if its a good craic you can hang about... or if you want to make a quick getaway you can be home in time for mothers Sunday lunch.

You whingey old gitE30BeemerLad wrote:Any meet on a weekend at this place will be mullered with bikers, it is afterall a biker joint. Plus getting stuck on the grass hill over the other side of the road isn't too appealing. Or am i sounding too much like a whingey old git?

You don't need my permission to do that.. it's a great idea, get on with it.DaveD wrote:when the dates sorted why not add it to the CC NE section diary as a meet...might attract a few more peepsessfourteen wrote:There was one at the milkbar last Sunday from another forum.. yes it was full of bikes.. but the cars had their own parking field on the opposite side of the road and it worked fine.

Not yet.. I need to find someone to help host it, the guy I had in mind tends to work out on the rigs a lot!he30 wrote:Nick, was there any movement on the car club organising a wakefield meet or was it canned?
