Are you heading over the Forth bridge, or out through Stirling way?

i didnt know you could go the bridge way tbh but the bridge is a nightmare atm due to roadworks at the weekend so thats best avoided if possible.grantfk10 wrote:Are you heading over the Forth bridge, or out through Stirling way?
we used to go via the m8 and over the erskine bridge when we used to go to crainlarach but i dont know if thats any better than the m9 via stirling.
what do you think?

I'm in Kincardine. I reckon the M9 via Stirling is probably the best way - could do a mini-meet at the Services first and convoy from there?

Ok, that's good for me - I'll be at Stirling Services about that time. Then I'll make a mad dash for it in my little 4-pot, cos I'll never keep up if I leave at the same time as you, fuzzy!fuzzy wrote:so anybody wanting to gather from about 8.45 atjcjdavis1 wrote:HI Stirling to Callander-20min. Hi Fuzzy
Newbridge is good for me, but I may have relatives turning up so the trip is 50/50 at the moment

Looks like the Northern and West side have a few people meeting up to convoy towards Tyndrum, who's all meeting at Newbridge or Stirling?

electrical problem traced to a broken wire on the injector but another lesser problem has arisen.
i jet washed the engine bay earlier in preperation for tomorrow and although i covered the dizzy cap unfortunately some water got into the spark plug holes in the top of the rocker cover and is sitting pooled around the spark plugs causing it to run sh1t. for those unaware of the cosworth the spark plug holes are about 200mm deep and very narrow meaning i cant get in to drain the water. i tried some kitchen roll wrapped around a long screwdriver but it didnt work
