i though it was better than last year, more open because cars were not sqeezed in and the overall quality of cars was very good

i fell in love with a B7 alpina e24, simply stunning i belive it will be in TBMW pretty soon.

trade stands were the usual crap, but they came in usefull, i picked up a bargin !! i was surpried to see SSD motorsport selling tacky fake crap.

it was nice to catch up with a few people, C76 jon i'll be in contact soon, daryl it was a good chatting to you and your mate. jaimie , we'll find you a nice base car for your project

good work by trevor and barry on the marshaling

over all a good day out.

Some good stuff on some of the stands...depends if you want new or used...difficult to everyone to come and the show tries to change each year and encourage more people and different traders if need be I think

Great day out, Sunburn is a bonus :? kept slapping on the cream but still look like a lobster :o:

Some wonderful (and not so wonderful...) chariots about, one year i must walk up to the top public car park and see who / what is parked up there.

Great to meet the usual inmates, plus a few new faces :D don't expect me to remember your names, as i've live with my girl for 8 years and still get her name wrong from time to time 8O

My first Gaydon - and I thought it was excellent (the sun helped) a good mix of different cars of a high standard and some absolute stunners.. showing my advancing years here, as my favoruite was the e32 B12 Twin Turbo...
Big thanks to Dips and Kos for getting us a prime spot (proving there are other benefits of getting Dips to work on your car) .... :thumb:
Having seen the neat install on the green touring on the PBMW stand we are now saving up for the Supercharger to go with the NOS kit !

Guess who'll be fitting it.... just so I can get a good spot again next year winkeye

Cheers kos. Actually, barry and i were saying that marshalling at the top gave us both a good view of the cars coming in, was also a chance to meet a load of you through open windows! Barry was :wan: all over all the Aplina stuff coming in.

Overall i thought it was a lot less chaotic than the last couple of years. Nice to finally meet Dips the genius, after buying stuff off him on the bay and reading so much about his work. Also good to meet Beardymatt and see the superb rebuild on his sport. A credit to you mate. Thought i may have wound him up a bit too much by asking him "who the f*** repaired that?" as he queued to come in!

Had a blinding run down alongside the freshly painted Sport and had a little fun with a few bits and peices. Like the line of RS's hogging the middle lane that we buzzed at about 120, me on the insdie and Barry on the outside. Or the posh git in his 645 who seemed to lose his bottle over 115 who barry hassled to about 135!!! Left Reigate hill at 10 past 6, pulled into Gaydon at about 10 past 7 winkeye All good fun!

Brill day out, met a few new faces, lots of people there though, that I didn't get to meet, like Kos, DanThe, c76jon and many others...
Nice to meet the ones I did, Beardymat's Sport is highly drool-worthy, a real credit to him, as B7 said. (someone else I didn't meet, or Trevski...)
Great day out, some lovely cars, even in the carpark... and the museum was good too.
I did find the ruddy Hondas but they weren't anywhere near the cars.
Currently slumming it in an E46 Touring
