Plan of action then for Sunday... Meeting at Matts? Anyone is welcome, then we can covoy over to the show, we can meet up at the show as well but to make sure we all get parking together, we need to drive in together... So meeting at Matts or meeting up outside the show will be best.

Matt, what sort of time you thinking of getting to yours and what time we setting off?

It makes sense for you Leicester scumbags to meet at mine as you will be driving past to get to billing anyway, shall we say 9AM meet at mine, setting off about 9.30?

Its only a 20 min drive so we can meet later than that if you want?

Iv just booked our tickets for the sun and had a nice chat to the women who runs the show turns out e30s are her favourite classic car LOL.
Iv told her we are arriving in convoy and she says if anyone who has booked or is yet to book and is coming in convoy from matts tell the office ref e30zone she will put our tickets together at the gate to make life easier for us.
Also she is going to put us our own little area.
I will bring a big pack of bacon if you want Matt from my old man's works good stuff

Need to know how many people are def coming first thanks mate, if there's too many cars parking will be a nightmare and we'll need to head straight off.

If its just the usuals it shouldn't be too bad :D

7 cars on here plus 4 more cars of my mates that say they are coming too. In reality John it'll just end up being me and you anyway, you know how these things usually pan out! Jims too tight to put petrol in his car these days, last I heard he was trying to get his touring to run on red diesel.

I'll get the bacon rolls ready for 9am - first come first served basis!!

Just booked my ticket, that lady seems pretty sound, she's going to talk to us about next year as it sounds like they are concentrating on having as many clubs stay over on the Saturday with beer tent and bands etc, rather than just focusing on the show Sunday.

Its a pretty central location and usually always busy - they had 'Audi in the park' there a few weeks ago - 1500 cars on the show field!

We'll have to have a chat with them and see how we can get more involved as a club.

The only thing that puts me off is the usual aftermarket slammed helloflushed rubbish, but I suppose that the majority these days.

Would be good to get something the zone can actually look forward to and in the midlands other than santa pod

She actually said they are trying everything possible to avoid ''the racing crowd'' that caused the Ashby Folville meet to be cancelled for good last week turning up!!

Again, because of its central location in the midlands its more accessible for most than Bealieu for example. Could be a good one for next year then!

What about anything thats seam sealered together? Surely on a warm day you lose 50% of your structual rigidity?! :D
