Heading down on the Saturday so if your coming down with us, let us know...

We can stop off on route for people wanting to join but we wont wait for too long... Last year it took us 7 hours to get there as we were waiting for other zoners

Leaving midlands about mid day ish, maybe an hour or so later but around that time.

Round will be M1 & M3, so can meet anywhere along there really, just need to work out times of when we'll be in your area so we can work out what time you can meet up.

Remember, you'll need to prebook your tickets for Saturday camping in advance so that they arrive before the day, which can be done here

Is this a parking on grass sort of deal because if it is I'm staying home. I'm fed up of pushing it.

pushing what? the car? winkeye

From the sounds of it, you do park on the grass.

IF thats what you meant, hope I didn't get the wrong interpretation.

ah I see what you mean now winkeye Just bring a tow rope you'll be fine, plus by the sounds of it, they'll be plenty of people there to help you push. haha

Parking on grass, but very well maintained grounds and a few days of good weather before by the looks of it.

You'll be going past them both, your best bet is meet at Tesco at Winnall, where the A34 meets the M3

Is that a service on the M3 Phil? Is so, thats should do us :)

Didnt realise how close that was to the show already at that point

Looking at the map, if us midland group came down the a34, it would be 20 miles less of a journey, but I like the idea of sticking to the motor way with cruise control on all the way :D

What do you suggest Gregory? Also, Rav, can you drive over to mine on the saturday? And what sort of time you gonna be back from Kieran's? Ish... Time. Fiona wanted to go down and have a mooch about the area before we went into the show/grounds itself as we didnt have time last year, and on the sunday, we cant hang about too late as we need to get back to the dogs etc

The a34 is normally ia nice clear road, normally actually better than m4 and m3, obviously depends on time of day though, I'm up for meeting at the first services on the m3 just after the a34 meets the m3.

Do i remember correctly that last year there was a cut off time to be in the camping bit by?? is it the same this year?

Memory is a bit foggy of last year, may have drunk a few beers  so i could be wrong. :)

Jim, what kind of time do you think you will be at the services along the M3? may meet up again this year.

Cheers.

How far away is the service station from the show?

And can we confirm which service it is we can all meet at?

When I know which one, I can figure out how long it will take us to get down. We'll be leaving midlands around mid day'ish. The missus wanted to leave a little earlier so we could have a mooch around Beaulieu village bit too, but if we get there for around 4pm, then we can still shoot off and do that

I think we want winchester services and its 35-40 minutes from Beaulieu or cheiveley services m4, but thats a bit of a detour for you guys I think, as thats the half way mark for me.

I've got ravs number and mines under my profile, so we can sort nearer the time and you can let me know your departure time.

Cheers

Matt

p.s How many cars in the convoy?

Sorry Winchester services on the m3 junction 8-9 (35-40 minutes drive from Beaulieu)

Think this is the best bet for you guys, or as I said m4 cheiveley services, but will add 20 mins or so to your journey.

Alternatively can meet on the a34 crossover at tescos.

No Jim thats the Tesco store just off Junction 9, if your coming down the A34, I'd suggest meeting Matt at Chievely services, where the M4/A34 meet.

Ok... We'll be coming down the A34 now...

I'm meeting Meatballs82 at 1pm - OX27 7RD - service station where the A43 meets the M40.

We'll be there for a few minutes etc, then leaving down, so our route will be

OX27 7RD to Beaulieu, if you google the route, and figure out where you can meet us on route, tell us where and what time :D Work out the distance from OX27 7RD to the meeting point and get the time from google maps. That will give us a time to meet  :D

Ok... First meeting is at Service on A43 where M40 meets... 1pm

Second is Chievely Service at around 1:45-2pm ish... We can wait for people, but not for hours.

Those spots good? If so, let me know who is meeting where and we can wait for you. Anyone wanting to meet further down south, let me know and i'll work out where and what time

Why did you have to complicate things.lol winkeye

I'll see you at chieveley at 2pm.

Are these fairly definite times, or may it change a bit?

Is it just the 4 of us then?

How many cars in the convoy?

cheers

It wasnt THEHOOD's fault either remember, it was Tamtom and the kids... Speaking of which, I havent seen them on here with their names :(

Justin - Still on the same number dude  Our route is above so if you can jump in with us along there somewhere, let me know.

Matt - Times are pretty spot on I would say, if anyone arrives late, we just wait until the others arrive, as long as they confirm they are coming

Shane - There is a few heading from Essex direction I think, essexgirlracer is heading from that direction I think and they shoulds be in a convoy  Send her a pm on here to find out, unless shes reading :D
