Marshalls for The German Show 2011

We are looking for around 20 marshalls to assist with the logistics of the show, car parking, directions, etc. You will get free entry into the show, in return for your hard work on the day. You will be needed from 8.30am until 5pm (or whenever the show ground is empty).

Please only commit to this if you are willing to get stuck in!!

We will be giving German Show t-shirts for all marshalls and will need your sizes to order these.

Also we will be providing a packed lunch and liquid refreshments (non-alcoholic!!) on the day.

We are also looking for a 'compare' or two to provide vocal humour & wit for the show arena.

just a quick idea,

any clubs/forum groups attending should be asked to have at least one marshal for every 15 cars they will have

they will be able to liaise with you guys and coordinate things better

Guess I'll be roped in at some point... Still got my hi-viz. Medium t-shirt please...

I assume there's going to be a rota so that the same people aren't working all weekend like last year.

Can do time on the mic if required. Didn't get boo'ed off last year...

(and yes, Iain, I WILL get my gut in a medium...

)

I feel bad for not putting my name down to help out! But its a long drive for me and I want to enjoy the day if you know what I mean...

I'll help out if need be when i'm there but dont put my name down as im not up for the 8 til 5 part of it.

Not many people signing up to help with this either

Would prefer to drive all that way with others. We got many from the midlands coming? Continue this convo in the thread or other thread you post about the convoy rather than this one.

The more volunteers we get for this the easier it will be to do a rota, we appreciate no one wants to do the whole 8-5 senario, but please remember you are getting free entry!
