I'll probably be there regardless, but thought I'd stick a new thread up about the next event there.
Sunday 29th May.
Racing starts at 10.00am

There was a good 24v showing at the last meet and Neil 320Touring made the haul down from Glasgow.
Just after a show of interest really

Nice one lads
There will be more Yank action this coming event as on the Sunday we were there last the American Superstock guys were just doing shakedown runs, whereas there will be a proper round of the championship next meet.
There's a couple of cars that are very close to getting in the 8's now at York, i.e the Mopar Duster and the Cortina. Plus a few more who will crawl out the woodwork with cars that were late getting finished for the start of the season.
As beforehand, it's all down to the weather. There's a day of racing on the bank holiday Monday too, so if Sunday looks gash, we may be able to swap to the Monday as an alternative.
Good shakedown before the pod on July 10th

We'll probably be down as I think our kid is borrowing Kim's car again to run in ACE and Sportsman, so slightly less beer consumed than last time (during the day at least
) but if it ain't too windy I'll bring the camera out of the van/sport and get some pics too. (I had it last time but wasn't prepared to get it full of dust).

go for it Lee...just don't launch the car like a complete lesbo and you might make it through one or two rounds.....you'll love it
whilst RWYB is addictive, it's more akin to being addicted to jelly babies, where as racing is more like being addicted to caffeine enhanced smack flavoured tobacco

I'll suck it to the hinge end mate
No idea about camping, think it will just be day tripping again.
Camping at the pod though, that's the best part

Grrr, will keep an eye on this as either it won't happen or we may move to the Monday (depending on what people's plans are) It's not too bad for me as it is only 20 mins down the road, but I wouldn't expect people to travel if the forecast is looking ropey.
