Apologies for this being my first post, I'm a 23 year old and have already owned (and not crashed any) E30's so I am interested in the site, but I'm pretty much here to promote this among any South West residents :

Sunday the 18th Of April, Farmborough New Inn, BA2 0EG
Official time is 17:00 but plenty of people will be there earlier.

Basically it's a new-ish monthly meet that goes like this:

Meet up at a pub in the area,
Hang out for a bit and have a chat,
Move on to a location that'll be decided on the night,
Get good quality photos of all the individual cars in attendance, group photos, and anything else vaguely interesting...

It's not marque specific, so VAG, Euro, JDM, Old Skool, whatever, all welcome. It's pretty much the old format of get together but with a big focus (not meant to be a bad pun) on getting photos of all the cars that roll through. these will then be posted in sections on our new website we're working on for everyone to see.

This month's is probably gonna kick off at the New Inn in Farmborough (BA2 0EG) but it looks like it's gonna get pretty big pretty fast by the responses so far so a location change may be on the cards. We pulled out 98 cars for a little run to Weston not long ago, just spur of the moment without even going on any forums, so this should hopefully get a few.

We're up to about 30 cars already so it'll be a laugh if nothing else

If you fancy it just post your name and car, and then copy and paste anything else that was there already so we get a list type thing so I know how much space we need and can sort out an alternative meeting point if there'll be too many :)

Thanks for looking and hopefully I'll see some of you there!!

This is only the second one bud, seems like it's gonna be pretty loaded with Volkswagens though so it would be good to get some BMW's on side as well to keep those pesky Jap's in their place :D

I'm into VW's mainly, but I've had an '87 318i, an '88 318is, an '89 325 drifter, and an E36 320 daily driver, so I appreciate the zimmers as much as the next man.

I know it's a bit of a gamble going to a new meet, but it'll only be as good as we all make it, and obviously the key ingredient is cars, so if any of you are from around here it'll be all the better for seeing you!

TBH I dont think I will attend. Too many themes in one place is bound to attract the 17 year olds in their mum's Saxo with banging choons and neon lights. If I'm wrong then what the hell but no ta.

It was good to meet you too, nice clean moordoor that put the condition of my car to shame. I only took one photo of a guys 19" wheels which were very unusual. The organiser took alot of photos and I think posted them on facebook but I have been unable to find him yet.
