Great day out for me and the kids. appreciated looking at the 2 chrome bumper red 325i convertibles in top class condition. I hope to get my 320i looking similar over the winter.

Hope everyone got home OK... I could've done with the day off today...

Thanks to everyone for coming, a good turn-out makes all the difference and we had a great turn-out!

I hope this is the first of many official events we'll be attending as a club (community).

Special thanks to:
Shona & Graham for feeding us (supplying AND cooking the food) and for the camp site gazebo!

Neil, for the gazebo on the stand.

Dave, for the TV show (I never got to see any of it though)

Grant, for the loan of the (two man!?) tent

And everyone who chipped in for the banner, feels like a bonafide club now! :D

i think we just had 318is and 325i and Sports. Plus the couple of others.
That would be the cabby and tourer brigade then.

And also couple of 5 series( a rather nice E39 Alpina and Jean's E28 M535i)

All Dougie needs to do now is trade in that scooby for an E30 (preferably an M3 winkeye ) and he's really got it!

Hi Folks,
Had a great week-end. The weather turned out fine - got a bit of sunburn to prove it.
Big thanx to Gary for organising the event, and a special thanx to Shona for providing AND cooking massive amounts of food!!
Good to see a few old faces, and a few new faces too.
I see we've even managed to enlist a couple of new Zoners - Shona, you'll never get near that computer when Grahams around, and Scoobydougie - looking forward to seeing some of your photos.

Gary_p, I must have missed you when you were collecting money for the banner? Lemme know what others were contributing and I'll Paypal some £Â£ over to you.

Looking forward to the next meet!
Photos being uploaded to other thread now......

Sunday was a good day and was not to bad considering we were E30 Zone virgins.

We were in the F reg red Cabrio.

The guy in the grey E30 parked next to us think you may know a Iain King.??

To the guy in the white E30 who was cranking his music for a spell next time pleas bring some Elton John that music you was playing was awful. :o: :o:

Only down side was that we forgot to bring some seats my feet were killing me.

Yes it was, looks like it's had a lot of work done. Lovely condition, well fettled and the wheels were lovely - would look real good on a Techno-violet coupe don't you think? winkeye
