Organiser needed to know how many entrants there were going to be turning up by the end of July
Could always PM Gary and see if you can get on the reserve list incase someone drop out at the last minute
Can't see it happening though.

Were planning another meet later in the year.

Hello Gaz,

Probably too late now, but I'll ask for you. If you do get places it's £6 per car and I'll need paid immediately (paypal (not e-cheque) or cash), can you manage that?

I'll let you know what the organisers say.

If not, you can always come as a visitor, if you do make sure you come by the stand.

Gary

OK folks, it's almost time, are we all ready for this!

Neil, you still going on the Friday? if so, I'll drop in with the passes for you and the other Friday revellers. Are you lot meeting at Stirling or something?

Everyone who is coming on the Saturday, meet at Stirling Services at 08:30. We'll leave for Callander just before 09:00.

Same goes for Sunday, however I need a volunteer to organise the Sunday meet at Stirling. Anyone?
If not, a friend in the Porsche Independent Owners Club has offered to herd any E30zoners and bring them to callander. Also, the BMWCC will be meeting at Stirling too, their stand is right next to ours.

Looking forward to it :D

We're planning on being there just after lunchtime. Will you be there around that time, or will I arrange to pick up passes from Gary?

I probably won't be there till about 8 o'clock.
Will need to know who has the passes and preferably a contact number if possible.
Just in case I have problems getting In to the site.
IIRC I've got Neil's number but dont have yours Grant.

Here's the response from the organisers:
The best thing they can do is meet up, park in the public car park
and come through pay lanes and to your stand. If there is room, and
there should be, we can then arrange for them to collect a pass and
for them to bring their cars into the main event field and your
enclosure. Please tell them not to try and enter the event field
without passes. This is most important as they will certainly be
asked to move and not allowed back. All cars must display the plaque
during the event.
So, if you come to the stand on the day we can see if we can get you in/on.

Gary

OK folks,

The following are attending Friday:
Grant McNab, Neil Purdom, Ritchie Cargill, Graham Horne, Shona Horne, Davey (Graham's mate), Dave Dawson & Dougie Glen (Ritchie's mate)

Neil, I'll hand your pass into you mate.

That's 7 passes I need to get to people, seeing as Grant is going to be first there (lunchtime Friday) should I just give him the passes?

Grant, if you do take the passes you'll need to arrange with folk to give them theirs e.g. meet at Stirling Services or just meet them as they come in (otherwise they'll not be allowed into the site!) —a are you OK with this?

The following are attending Saturday:
Gary Palmer, Gary Morgan, John (oldie323), Mike Brownlie, CraigG, Geri Vasmant, James Hall, James Hall, Jean Hall, Nicholas Clarkson, James Hammond

We should meet at Stirling Services at 08:30 where I'll hand out the passes. If anyone cannot make this time please let me know in advance (I've given you all my tel no. previously, use it, if you've lost it PM/email me)

The following are attending Sunday:
Paul Rice, Ian (hartgefan), Peter Duck, Andy Duncan, David Wren, Gordon Spence, Stephen Perry, Bob Gilmour (x2), Pedro, Aly

All meet at Stirling Services at 08:30. Paul (silver pre-facelift 325i Sport) will be there with the BMWCC, please tag on with them and give me a call when you get to the site. If they let you in I'll see you on the stand, if not I'll meet you at the entrance and give you your passes.

Paul, call me when you're leaving Stirling Services, I'll walk over to the entrance.

Gordon, if you can't make the meet at Stirling just ask for me at the stand / site.

See you all there!
