Grant's working, and I get grief from the wife about not helping with the kids! However I could make it a little earlier, from ~3pm onwards if folk want...

Grant, are you gonna be able to make the meet... you can always come a bit later and meet up (after work)? If so, give me a call/text (no. on the PM I sent).

Otherwise, what are your questions?

Can someone PM me with Gary's no. as I have deleted it.

Hoping to get to the meet!
Thanx.

One other thing, as for supplies, here's the current list:

Entrant Supplies
Gary P BBQ, Burgers x24, Rolls x36, Napkins x100, Cans juice x24, chairs x3, breakfast bars, fruit
Neil (320touring) Gazebo (9m x 3m), chairs, food
Ritchie DTM DVD, food
Graham & Shona Gazebo (6m x 3m), homemade coleslaw,tattie salad,chilli and kebabs, burgers x30, sausages x20, rolls x30, paper plates x100, coolbox, BBQ
BadDave ICE, food
Mickey Generator, malt (!)
CraigG Water, coolbox
Grant Tent (thanks!), food (chip in with Graham & Shona)
Jean Hall Sauce & relish, juice (TBC)

Volunteers needed for the following:
BBQ?, cans juice?, generator, mini frideg?, sauce?, banner, tea, coffe, sugar, milk, cooked chicken, cold meat/cheese, rolls

Looks like we'll have plenty of burgers & sausages, need something else so we're not eating burgers 3 times in two days!!! Hence the suggestion for cooked chicken drumsticks etc. Any volunteers?

P.S. Graham and Shona, don't bring anymore, you're doing too much as it is! But thanks, much appreciated.

For Graham & Shona, I just checked the website RE: camping, you can stay until Monday but must vacate by 10am. Here's what it says:
___________________________________________
The Reserved Campsite

Open from noon Friday to Monday 10.00am the campsite is reserved for strictly for entrants and traders and must be pre booked. Entrants with caravans will be allowed a towing vehicle if the entrant car is unsuitable for such purposes but are not permitted additional accompanying persons.

Due to restricted space friends and family members in additional cars can not be accommodated unless of course they purchase a separate Entrant Pass. Friday evening entrants can enjoy their own on site Club Barbecues and generally wind down for a great weekend ahead.

All campers must comply with Campsite Rules. Their are adequate mobile toilet facilities and a water stand pipe. We have arranged for campers to make use of the McLaren Leisure Centre adjacent to the venue where they can take showers, sauna and swim in the magnificent pool.

OK Dave, I got a prompt response from Tony (the organiser) saying preferably before 6pm:

"Camping Late Arrival - Ideally before 6.00pm if they are to miss the
Saturday drive etc. but we can accommodate them a little later."

You were reckoning on 4pm though eh? I which case there's no prob's.
