Weekend at Jimmy's

Date - September 10th/11th (Sat/Sun)

Location - Old Woodhouse Farm, Burbage Common Lane, LE9 7SE, Leicester

Time - Anytime after 3pm on saturday... Turning up on sunday, say 11am/12pm, but any time is welcome to be honest.

For camping, we'll be located where the orange line is in the picture... I shall be mowing it down on the thrudays/friday before hand so nice short grass...




Toilets - I have thought about this one yet but I will get back to you... We have a static caravan that is sitting empty up here so if we can get it plumbed in before hand, we'll have that for the toilet. My dogs arent as welcoming to randoms coming into the house...

If that fails, i'll look into renting a portable loo...


Bring your own food and drinks etc, bbq's welcome, I have mine but only so much food I can fit on it.

Anyone into fishing, bring your kit along for a spot of night fishing... Just keep your noise down and dont liter. Its a private lake which you can see in the picture, not massive, but has a good selection of fish...


The rest who arent into fishing... I dont know what to say, we'll just drink or something.


Not sure what kinda numbers i'll get for this, but all are welcome. If it brings alot of interest, I may have to cap it off at a certain number, if it doesnt, then, ahh well!

Any questions, ask... I'll try and answer etc... If I have met you at a meet before and we have had a good conversation, and you know my partner by her fiurst name, i'll be upset if I dont see you here...

Not far off now for this. Hopefully the weather clears up and its a nice weekend... I have enlisted Eeeferteh & Meatballs82 to help mow the field down next sunday so its ready for the following weekend.

You should come! Really! Just tell him it will be fun. We're about a quarter through the field so far and then going over it again tomorrow for any bits we have missed.

So far we have 21 names, the majority will most likely not turn up like usual with meets so the more we can get coming the better! Tell him you both need to come and get up here. Its a good drive and will be a good weekend.
