Just remember that the cars displayed are to be presentable and offer something interesting to the attendees.

Are we looking for unusual cars or just nice examples? all e30's? different specs?

i think there are enough cars and of differing models/tyes to keep everyone happy. i mean, a 318iS turbo, 318i Design Cab, a standard M3, a race prepped M3 and loads more sounf uber interesting to me!!!

Hi Neil we are only going to be able to bring one car now as I'm having an operation a week before Gaydon and I'm not allowed to drive (only found out today) so my other half will be driving my new car up for me.........a 325i sport, so can we still definatly have 1 space but the other can go to someone else, Also when do you need the cash for the tickets hun and do you know if anyone else will be camping the weekend??? Be careful not to confuse here Dave, as my understanding is that ALL tickets for e30Zoners listed are strictly arranged via Neil & Gryff ONLY ie not direct with club office. Perhaps N/G can verify protocol asap to clarify. Thanks guys.

hi all. Steve is right... Gryff and myself will book the number of places directly with the car club in due course and once payments are taken. no payments means no place. i think dave put a link to the site just for general info really...

Right then guys. Important info below. Please all read carefully.

The time has come for us to start taking payments for the show.

If we get more than 12 cars, it will be £7.00 per person (not per car). So if you come on your own, its £7.00, but it you bring 2 passengers, it will be £21.00. Any more passengers, just add the right amount.

What will happen is you simply send me the payment for the amount of people needed and your cars details and reg number to myself. Please do this by email to avoid my inbox getting full and messages lost. My email is neil_dalby@hotmail.com. this is my paypal address also. Paypal payment is preferred and PLEASE SEND PAYMENT AS A GIFT so money isnt lost to fees. If you prefer to pay using an alternative method please let me know.

NO PAYMENT MEANS NO TICKET

If you turn up without a ticket on the day, they won't let you in, and you can only get a ticket for the e30zone area by booking through me, not direct with the car club. This is their rule not mine.

I WILL BE ORDERING TICKETS FOR THE SHOW ON 8th JUNE. I need the first 12 by then or we dont get the discounted entry fee. Any more tickets needed after that will be sent off in due course. The first 12 cars secure our spot so please send payment asap.

Just to confirm what info is needed when you send payment:
-your name
-car reg
-car model and colour
-number of passengers

I will keep everyone up to date with the progress and tickets will be sent out in good time.

I have spoken to Gryff on the phone and have his support on this.
