Midlands Meet 7th March 12pm onwards MOVED TO NEW POST!!!!!!
Moderator: martauto
Olie if you get lost doing a 5 min drive up the road then there is no hope for you what so ever!
I just punch it into my iphone using the google maps thing just to remind me of the correct turning on the m42and that's it.

I drove past the coventry junction yesterday, on my way upto worcester so I'm definately getting better at knowing were i'm going.
Services meet it is then.
Shed it's looking like you'll be the lead of the convoy.
If Rob is that bad, although I doubt it........

This convoy from Northampton, what route you taking? I feel like i'm gonna be heading up the m69 on my lonesome... If you are going off m1 junction 21, let me know! Someone can text me or something as your approaching and I can shoot into the convoy... If your going a different route, I guess I shall drive alone...

Jim i'm not sure what junction number it is exactly, but if it's that one I would more than happily text you Jim.
Gooner or shed will be able to confirm what junction it is.
Edit - Oh Rob I don't want to follow a slow driver.

Jim, there's going to be 3 of us going from mine if you fancy a cross country run to mine and then down the M/A42, may stop off at Tamworth services if any of the Cannock/Tamowrht lot are meeting there.
No idea yet, Baz is coming up to pick up a bonnet so will be swapping those over so depends waht time he gets to mine. Pleny of time to make arrangement yet.
going to speak to Dan and see what time to leave, from your kedge how long will it take to get to the meet place ??? 30/45 minutes if so need to be at yours a good couple of hour before hand......lol.....tea/full english and fit the bonnet

E46 328ci, sport bumpers, 19" style 95`s
Not a bad guess that Baz, took me 30mins this morning on my way into work. Dunno about the full english though, might be able to muster up some bacon sarnies or there is a Spoons at the end of my street

Nicely nominated...! I only have a few weeks of MOT left, so fingers crossed I can sort it in time. If we hookup at J15a services Northbound, exit the M1 at J17 onto the M45, this becomes the A45 which will take us to the Toby exit. This is the route we took last time and was straightforward except the poxy roadworks near Cov Airport.Ollie_bwoii wrote:I drove past the coventry junction yesterday, on my way upto worcester so I'm definately getting better at knowing were i'm going.![]()

IF all the above show up, we haven't got a chance of parking near eachother in the Toby car park!
It was a bit of a struggle with approx a dozen or so cars last time.. Could we prebook ?!

Who wants to sort that out???
Word of warning on that front, you book tables for a list, and if half those turn up, which does happen, doesn't look good

Hmmmm... Is there no where we can relocate to that is very local to the cavery? Seems a bit bob if one car has to park at the other side of the car park.
Also, might be worth starting the 'Whos coming' list again from this point on to see who actually remembers this thread is even here and the meet is going ahead....
