As far as ongoing monthly meets goes personally I would prefer a weeknight rather than a weekend - don't know about others but my weekends are usually quite busy but I can usually make time on an evening during the week.

Really looking forward to this now. Have managed to get another coat of Autoglym on the roof, bonnet and one of the front wings this afternoon - had to do it in the garage as its been raining on and off and I think I may just have run out of polish :o:

Fingers crossed for it to be warm and sunny on Sunday

Not had chance to clean my shed. But I have sprayed the alloys.

Not sure if I used enough lacquer though, I might give them another doing on Friday....

So now it's a shed with fairly shiny alloys.......

Will be coming in my cab. Working tonight, so tommorow and Saturday will be spent cleaning, polishing. Also re- instating rear chrome bumper and steering wheel.
Won,t look at it,s best as i,ve just had my bbs shot blasted ready for lip polish and respray.
So will be running on mix and match spares. Won,t sound too clever either, just found a big feck off hole in rear of exhaust. Dammmn.

I may be able to come along.

I no longer have the spare cash to do the Alpina's body work this summer so might as well get some miles done in the car.

Is anyone comming from my direction that would like to convoy up?

So are you "northerners" coming down the M1 and coming a more scenic route or are you staying on M42 All the way?
As discussed here

Well i was going to go A38 and then M42 all the way to Coventry.

We'll probably be joing the M42 at Junction 9 (looking on Google Maps).

If people would rather go a different way, i'm up for it 8)

I suppose the best route will be A38 and then M42 as will be easier for convoy to try and stick together??????? Any other thoughts ??
