Howdy all.

Just been checking out www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk (only 1 o in combe)and noticed there's going to be a Eurofest action day on the Saturday 8th September. It's for any British, German, French or Italian cars. If you get tickets in advance it's £8 to get in and £25 for a track pass (but it doesn't say how much track time you get) or on the day it's £10 and £30. Cars have to have MOTs and the exhaust note can't be anymore than 100db at 4500rpm.

Good site worth checking out, there's a couple of pics of E30s giving it legs!

Didn't know if anyones interested?

I'm hoping to go, but mine failed its MOT so I need to get it sorted first. It needs a n/s/f wheel bearing, weld up a hole in the o/s sill, replace the rusted rear brake pipes and repair the buckled o/s/f alloy! Nothing major!!

I've also got to fit a Tech 2 kit i've just bought and I'm going to Magaluf for a week in between too.

So I might see you there......

Hmmm - very tempting, and it's really close by for me....

BUT, i'm driving my car to Paris for a holiday with the missus, leaving at 2am on Sunday. Do i risk breaking it by thrashing it round the track??? winkeye winkeye

I am going to go now. Booked some track time yesterday. They still have quite a few slots left, mainly in the afternoon though. Would be good to see some more e30's there.

I'd come but have a mate's birthday party the night before so might still be battered!!! Real shame as it should be a great day! I'll see what happens!

It was a dissapointing turn out on the e30 front. :( There were about 4 other e30's only that i saw on track. The e36 boys had a good showing though and put us to shame. It was a great day never the less and my car was actually going well out on track and overtook plenty. That was my last planned trackday this year. How was your car going Tomson?
