OK folks, I've got good news on the banner front! I can get a 3050mm x 610mm (that's 10' x 2' for you Victorians
) banner with the zone logo for £59, that's approx £2 per head. So are we all gonna chip in for the banner or what?
P.S. The image is slightly truncated to get it to fit on the banner, but it's hardly noticeable. I can't post up the image 'cause photobucket is down, but I will do as soon as I can. Until then you'll just have to trust me

Great, that's 7 of us chipping in!
There's 25 people, bringing 29 cars (I'm excluding Ritchies mates and folk who are driving some else's motor for 'em as a favour...), so even if we al chip in it'll be a little over £2. I expect not everyone will (we do have a couple of 'day members' making up the numbers) so I reckon it'll be somewhere between £3 to £5 each in the end (assuming we get at least 12 people in the kitty). Are yourselves still OK with that then?

Hello Graham, on the entry form I have to specify the number of people attending the "Welcome Reception" on the Friday evening (see programme below). So I'm putting yourselves (plus James & Jean) so that's 6 cars, 6 people & kid(s). Is that OK?
Friday 24th August
12.00am Camp Site Opens. Spaces must be pre - booked ENTRANT VEHICLES ONLY
====> 6.00pm - 7.00pm Welcome Reception for all entrants and Traders <====
I assume you do want to attend the welcome reception (where they sit you down, tell you how great the weekend is going to be and try to sell you an activity event or timeshare!!!
