Actually after your second warning they can impound your car, and travelling in a convo of more than 3 cars will also earn you a warning.

Good luck keeping hold of it when PC plod comes to get it, in swansea the local 'cruzerz' have had success by arranging meets WITH police and local council approval and even attendance, this also keeps the cocks away, you know the burnout, dohnut street racing prats that ruin it for everybody.

Strange they don't turn up when there is a strong chance the fuzz WILL be in attendance, and WILL be supported by the other guys in attendance there.
