This Sunday (8th July),

Bristol Dockside at the Brunel Buttery (map to be added later)

10.00am kick off with bacon butties and tea - then onto somewhere for some photos etc....

I can't stay long becasue I have to go to B/Ham to get some parts, but lets see if we can get a few together - even if just for a cuppa & chat.

Those coming:

Zed One
Box Clever
Steer from the Rear (poss?)
ZimmerBimmer
Hairy Screech
JonB

P.S. Anyone fancy coming to B/ham with me to help remove an exhaust & G/box?? winkeye winkeye (free bacon butty as payment....)

And at that time of the morning, you'll get to enjoy some of the cracking roads between Warminster & Bristol (Forget the A36 - cut through the back of Norton St Phillip and Midford for some lovely sweeping stuff...)

Just remember to set your alarm..... :P

Just spotted this and not met any of you before so i'll try and make it :D

No idea where the Brunel Buttery is though, and a quick Google of Bristol Dockside comes up with Avonmouth... is that really where you mean?

Whether the missus comes or not is undecided yet - she's making noises about lie-ins atm!

If you can get a map up that would be good, or i could follow Hairy Screech from a suitable meeting point near Warminster...

(and you'll have to excuse my car - not very proud of how she's looking atm :? better give her a quick wash in the morning too i guess  )

Use any of the following to get you near to the meeting point:

MultiMap
Streetmap
TomTom etc.....

type in BS1 4RN as the postcode search.

This will get you to the industrial museum.

Click HERE to see it on Google Earth.

From Wapping Road, follow the railway tracks behind the Industrial Museum all the way along to the parking area in front of the buttery.

Follow the map diagram below to get you from Wapping Road to the Buttery (save it to your computer so you can view it in full-size or print it off.....)

I'll be there with a nice warm mug of tea and a juicy bacon buttie! :D

Image

If lost, give me a call on 07766 76(five)504 (replace the 'five' with number 5  )

I hope that all makes sense?

Like I said, give me a call if you are struggling to find it??

Bruce.
