If it ain't broke, fix it till it is
I have spoken to head office again and they have agreed to let the E30 Zone members without a pass have a stand ticket for the BMWCC E30 stand.
There are only 3 passes left, I have told Java if he would rather be on the E30 stand (I would but I can't!) he can grab one on the gate. If there are more than 3 of you, one of you can have his pass for the EA stand or go on another stand.
If anyone has booked camping with the Heritage Museum and is confused as to it's whereabouts, I spoke to a guy from the museum this morning and it is on site and there are signs for it once you get through the gates.
PS: Apparently, all other clubs and forums are given the opportunity to book up to 50 places per stand early on in the year, If the E30 Zone only asks for 14 then the other spaces are taken up by other clubs/forums until they are all gone. You may want to bear this in mind next year and ask for more spaces so this doesn't happen again

I believe there are a few without a pass for the E30 Zone stand, that's why I asked head office is there was any chance they could got on the BMWCC E30 Stand instead. This has been arranged as metioned above but only 3 are left for that prticular stand so if you don't get one you could get put on another stand or ask for the EA pass that is spare.
guys, you really don't need to be panicking about getting there at the crack of dawn (i shall NOT be getting out of bed or turning my mobile on much before 08.00 i can assure you).
if anyone arrives at the gate after i have entered the showground, i will happily walk back to the gate to meet you, ok?

Hey, sorry I've not been on I've had a few family issues with my nan and this has really been the last thing on my mind........ I have spoken to Anita at the campsite and she has said as long as you guys are respectful to other campers you are more than welcome to drive into where we are camping in the morning...I.E our tents....... as there is not really loads of room at the entrance of the campsite and obviously there are going to be a few of us lol....... the campsite is around a 10/15 min drive to Gaydon so really not far at all....... we have stayed here the past 4 years and never had a issue travilling to and from....... hope this is ok for you guys and hope to see you all sunday....... and if anyone else would like to camp with us sat and sun night then give me a call on 07841478625 and I can sort it for you........ myself and Clay plan on getting to the campsite around 1/2 tomorrow arvo so we can sort out a decent spot where we are not going to really cause any worries with other campers..... x x

you will be allowed to park outside the display area itself, with all the other non-entrant Beemers though, of course.
Mandy, better to leave it as arranged above imo, just outside the campsite, near the sliproad.
see you tomorrow
