some sat navs seem to struggle around hadleigh road industrial estate, also anyone with a lowered car may have trouble with the epic speed humps. these can be avoided with a little local knowledge
if you need any help please call 07735477516, nathan.

Way late I know.... I saw tom during the week and he told me to get my ass down. I haven't been on the 'zone for a while so I didn't know about this
. I'm coming over to say hi in a non BM but also bringing an e30 with an m52b28. If its too late we'll just watch and hang out but it'd be nice to get it rolling roaded
Is it IP2 0UD on the satnav?penton08 wrote:some sat navs seem to struggle around hadleigh road industrial estate, also anyone with a lowered car may have trouble with the epic speed humps. these can be avoided with a little local knowledgeif you need any help please call 07735477516, nathan.

CR24v??? Where's it all gone?? LOL
gd day i recon, but was strongly advised not to run due to the oil pressure light starting to flicker...
then on the way home realised found that every time i rested my foot on the clutch or pressed the clutch pedal the pressure light went off, then found a dodgy wire under the dash when i got home! Gutted!

Had a great day. Big thanks to Richard for sorting it out for us.
I am still not 100% that the figures were right, Had a chat with a mate tonight who has run there and a few other places and everyone he knows is down on power on that set of rollers.
Still got a healthy 149hp and 147lb/ft (Going by the losses my mates have suffered there it looks to be about stock power) so I am happy enough.
Dans 320is won the noise battle, it was like an audible orgasm.

Yes, big thanks to Richard. It was an enjoyable day with the usual pee-taking.d6dph wrote:Had a great day. Big thanks to Richard for sorting it out for us.

As you said Dave, I wasn't too chuffed with the numbers either. I've just spoken to the previous owner of my car who had the car dyno'd three times on different rollers and had much better figures.

Thankyou all for coming and making it what it was, a great day out of the usual quality cars and good natured banter.
Turkey, if you want to do another run then Rindy said he would do it for the group rate just let me know when and i will book it in for you.
Thanks to Rindy for setting aside his sunday to play with us.
Good to see new faces and the old (Nathan - 30 now!) and nice to have a change of scenery despite the cold and rain following me where ever i go!
Maybe once you have all licked your wounded ego's we can do another run, room for improvement boys, get tuning and fettling!!
I'll even fix the diesel!!

Rav & Penton, looking at this logically..............
S50B30 in a 2 door versus a M30B35 in a cab', on paper Penton's combination is faster.

Naughty boy Rav, i havea flywheel for you though!
Back on thread, those who came and braved the cold, what did you think, some feedback would be good to see if it is worth organising another as its not just making a phone call to book it!
All feedback is greatfully appreciated whether positive or negative and if there is anything else you would like from the day then let me know so i can go back to Rindy with comments/requests.
Thanks
Richard
