Oh, McDonalds is a piece of p1ss to get to. Off the A1 if you are coming from T'North*, off at the Worksop turning and take the A614 for a few miles of straight road. You'll go past Thoresby on the right, over a poxy roundabout and another 2-3 miles until you come to a big roundabout. Second exit, A614 again - you'll see the Golden Arches right on the roundabout. Meeting time is 8am to 8.30 am.
I will bring the tickets with me and exchange them for crisp £5 notes.
*A616 from Nottingham, A616 from Sheffield.

You can cough up a fiver at Maccys. Don't worry, I know who's paid up and who hasn't.....appletree wrote:So do we need to send you the fiver or are you taking payment at Maccy Ds?
Just six days left Boys. Looks like we will have a full house - going for the 'Best Club Stand' award as well. Virtually all cars will be 1980's with possibly just one very early (J plate) E36 Coupe.
If the weather holds out it should be a good one. Might even be a pre facelift (69/70) 1500 Maxi there as well.....

Well today was very good, mostly excellent weather. Almost everyone showed up with only one no-show.
We didn't win "club stand of the day' award. That was the TVR Club (mostly late nineties stuff, nothing pre 1994) and the Ford RS Club who had some nice cars abd some real rubbish - and an E36 Touring...
....work that one out.
Thanks again to everyone that came along - we're going for 35 cars next year!

Wish i was at the show instead, better people and much better conversation.
