Right then guys, a bit of clarification here, for those not clear.

We have the site from about 10 until 4. Anyone arriving before 10am may be admitted if we are in and ready to receive people.

£5 will be collected on admission, anyone wishing to donate further will find collection buckets on site.

E30s and 'interesting' cars will be parked on the grass in a fan pattern for photographs (Sorry about the 'interesting' bit)

A barbecue will be on site, we will be providing burgers, sausages and rolls. Anyone wishing to provide more is welcome, particularly if they have a large appetite.

We will NOT be providing alcohol, however there should be soft drinks available. Anyone wishing to bring beer, this should be no problem, but PLEASE remember we have to return the Fort in the state we got it, so please put your cans in the rubbish bags.

Anyone wishing to stay beyond 4pm is welcome to head up to the Churchillian pub which is less than a mile from the Fort opposite the usual burgervan meeting place.

try mate, there will be 36 cars there, you will be helping cancer charities, and bmw a mag there to take photos

we need cool boxes to keep burgers and hot dogs cool ect can some one let me know do i buy sausages or tinned hot dog sausages as they are the proper ones and macro are doing a hell of a deal

Dave, I have a cool bag, can bring that along.
The bottom line regarding food mate, whatever's goods and cheap.
If the sausages are good and a good price, go for it. No point taking more coffers out of the kitty than necessary.
