Clutch problem

Hi all,

I have real problem with the clutch on my 89 318i. When you pull away it makes funny noise, the clutch was changed 6000 miles ago. It does not slip, but the slower the clutch is realised the longer the noise last. The only way to stop the noise is to pull away with little to no revs and then drive normally. It is very anoying
