Hello Everyone!
Moderator: martauto
Hi guys! My name is Daniel and I'm from the New York. I recently was given my grandfather's BMW 316 baur and I'm working on getting it into tip top shape! The car was bought in Germany from the factory by him and then kept in France for 20 years until he moved to the states. It has 90000 km on it and I'm looking forward to having it for the rest of my life!

Welcome - that is a fantastic base to work on, plus it has history in the family.

(And a Baur too)
Mart.
Only the E46 cab left now.
Just got too old.

I will be posting on here a little bit, it's good to have super knowledgeable guys like you to talk to! I don't ever plan on selling it and I usually drive it with the top off in the sun. I'm moving to Rhode Island soon so I probably won't have it for a year or so but I'll get a garage as soon as I have my feet under me
