Was addicted to this site some 10 years ago and last logged in 2014. I still have my Tech 2 sport, still a shell in my lockup collecting dust. Sadly work, life and kids have hindered my progress with the poor old girl...
Anyway I am now facing the prospect of moving abroad in the next 18-24 months and I really want to get the car restored and built as i dreamt about for so long before that time comes. A decade ago I had aspirations of doing a lot of it myself, however I’m now wiser and realistic to the fact that I do not posses the skills or time required. Therefore I am on the hunt for someone to carry out the work for me.
When I was on here more regularly there were a few guys taking on restorations. I’m wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of an individual or company in the South East? I need someone with a passion for E30s and a complete perfectionist.
She is a 1988 325I Sport Diamond Schwarz. The car is currently a shell and has a new roof skin fitted, inner sills and some patch work in various places. I have rear quarters, outer sills, boot panel (all oem) waiting to go on. I have loads of parts in my lockup (running gear, interior, engine etc...) which I’ll need to go through.
