Hi! Welcome to the E30 zone.
First of all, this section is really just to introduce yourself and maybe post some pics of your car, rather than for questions. Your questions are more likely to be seen if they're posted in the E30 Tech help forum, but I'll give some quick answers here.
Mirrors: Is it a rapid clicking noise, or just a single click when you move the switch? Each mirror contains what looks like two electric motors, but only one is a motor, which provides all the movement and the other is a magnetic clutch which transfers the drive between side to side and up/down. Single click happens when the motor loses power and multiple clicks happen when the plastic holding the rack mechanism in place breaks.
Horn: The horns themselves can fail and become intermittent, bur there are other potential causes. Is the problem affected by turning the steering wheel while the horn button is pressed?
