New member here, just wanted to say hi to all, maybe be asking for some advise soon on bringing my e30 back to its former glory, was originally a 316 auto but was converted to a 325 Manual about 6 years ago, and has been sitting for 3 years so it’s time to get her back to her glory days. I’ve added some photos of what she looked like when it was first done.

Full service, all oils and fluids, she starts but runs lumpy and sometimes cuts out, also a slight ticking maybe tappers? Want to do a disk conversion to the brakes as when was converted was left on drums, I’m sure some members here can advise?? Then a nice polish and detail. Was thinking about maybe new exhaust and a chip to squeeze a few extra horses and ideas or tips?
