Now how's this for some class? Council, they are not.
I've left all the nominations in, apart from the previous COTM winners - we all know they're worthy, but only you can decide which of this lot should join them...

It's a simple task, but not an easy one - just pick your favourite.
Which best represents the theme? A car that really is Factory Fresh.
To tie in with the new zone, new format, and new socks (ok that might just be me, but aren't new socks great?), we're looking for cars that look new. & by new, I don't mean modern! New as in just how BMW intended; what you saw in the showroom, brochures & magazine reviews of the 80s. I'm not saying that modifications aren't allowed at all, but suffice to say that you won't be winning anything with a fibreglass kit & some neons.

Factory Fresh.
As our Graham would say, "The choice is yours..."

Voting closes in 1 week.

Just spotted this thread, I didnt realise mine was in it :o: .

I would have nominated Barry's sport (bss325i) and Matt's sport (beardymat) but its too late I guess. They are more factory fresh than mine :) .

Cheers

Beardymat's car was nominated, but as a previous winner it doesn't really need the 'honour' again :thumb:

Really, really tough choice with this one - I can't make my mind up anyway! Congrats to all nominees - it takes financial commitment, graft and I guess even a bit of luck (in finding a good car to start with!) to be an owner of such a well preserved machine. I'm going to stare at these pics for a while longer before I cast my vote!

Mine! Oh theres no tick box for it! :( Oh well, if you face dont fit.....

.....must be my dislike for HT scrap.

B7's as its a breath of freah air from all the counciled cabs.

Sweeps SE is a close second. Its minty low milage and simple looks apeal.

Pauls (bmwe30mtech) Sport is another worthy contenders due to the gargantuan legnths to create a minter! Well dont that man!

Good luck everyone!

Barry there hasn't been any recent threads about your car as its pretty much immaculate! Pauls sport came into my head because of the massive effort he and his wallet have had to make. Thats why I nominated that one.

You have just got to be lazy with your low mile minter! :P

There hasn't been any recent movement of the black car! Tucked away while i enjoy the red turd.

I have recently aquired a period blaupunkt memphis SRQ 88 with remote stalk and seperate amp. All on the options list in 89.

The council "scorp" is going in favor of a genuine BMW system soon but the righteous BTB2 will stay.

Watch out for the turd @ 'pod 09!

Every one of these cars are a credit to their owners. You could park each and every one of them in any location you chose, and not one of them would look out of place.
Went for sco323's 323i in the end, just looks so showroom fresh and original.

It's gotta be billgates for me!

Good job getting it into that showroom. Exactly how it would of looked when it was out of the factory I imagine.

Good luck.

Sco323i gets my vote. simple, original, fresh (sh*t) they all are. I vote for the 323i 'cause it's like the one that got away, yeah!
