Gotta admit, Fi is in the running at the front with the high rise and what have you. The spacers for my 6x9's along wit my scorpion backbox probably bring mine up the council scale, but I dont have any highrises nearby, nor can I nominate my own!

I don't see how Fi's can win when its done to a high standard with a propper retrim and decent respray, no bits hanging off or silly stickers- its just not to everyones taste,
I think a coucil winner needs the Giro funds look, unfinished paint or odd wheels, front bumper not matcing rear ect..

Well, I'm not going to argue with a bloke who paints a \\\M style lightening flash on his mush.......Ziggy wrote: Now a modified E30 is never going to be to everyone's taste. Some people will undoubtedly refer to your pride and joy as council scrap. But be proud! This month we want to see the finest council E30s the zone has to offer.
So let's have your nominations for cars that wouldn't fit in with last months contestants, but that you think are great all the same. This isn't a chance to post rubbish
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

I'm sorry Hongkongfueys latest 'mods' will blow you all away- I do not have pictures yet but will get them asap!! different wheels with different sized tyres, mis-matching interior, new super-bright bulbs, flouresent orange bits in engine bay, interior neons, etc, etc. The list is ever growing... A sure winner- SERIOUSLY!!!
I do love BeemerBird's last pic though- very fitting
I will shoot HKF's car in a fitting place for maximum effect. You will be shocked by the councillness
p.s I'm not dissing his car as he is my mate but his car is the epitome of this thread- council personified to the extreme.....trust me.....

Well the last minute threat of Suchy's photography hasn't seen me hitting the depths of despair. I have, instead, spent the afternoon working on the car, in the hope of gaining a few votes from the Turbo / Big Engine / BHP brigade.
I hope you all enjoy this shot of my souped up engine

you know the zone has fallen downhill and is desperate when car of the month turns into "who owns the crustiest piece of crap that has just scraped an mot award!!"
