Car of the month - October: Tourings

Think mine has earned an entry here this month!
Complete with headlamp held in by cable ties and tank tape, and bumper cover held on by "farmers' friend".

Looks like someone's tried to make their own E30 out of a Hindustan Ambassador like in the Peugeot 307(?) advert

He knows his stuff and has a chequered background (meant in a positive way), who knows he may one day take off his helmet and show his true face.

For me the ideal touring is the same as the ideal saloon:

Mtech2 kit
BBSs
Decent engine(M50/S50etc)
Lowered a suitable amount
Dark colour.

Bigpimpin's one does it for me

close ratio box from a 325i sport
Diff:
3.91 LSD

Others:
Tan leather interior
Ernst sports exhaust
Map light mirror
Alpina Reps
Red callipers!
Lowered 60/40 on cabby springs

om on 8-7 shifts 7 days a week for 10 weeks so ive got no time atm for these little jobs but its on my list of things to do

hi - fairly new around here, seems an ideal way to introduce myself great to see so many cool cars

my touring is a 325i, got it earlier this year and love it (fast enough, good looking, reliable)
used to have an early 90s cavalier, so despite being a touring, this is actually smaller than my last car.
royal blue metallic is obviously the best colour
needs a few bits and pieces (new bonnet badge, wheels, better steering wheel), but they're just small things as the mechanics are sound, and the interior is in almost mint condition.
