Hi,
I have a 318is 2-door track rat --- what do you guys recommend as a good set of springs for it? I already have new adjustable Koni's, I would like a recommendation on some good springs and ARB's.
Thanks!
What's a good suspension for a 318is Track Rat?

H&R roll are a good improvement
eibach or H&R aswell for the springs, they are the best this side of a coilover setup

Lots of people will give various opinions on shocks, springs & ARB's. If you have no previous experience of a particular manufacturer I would try and get a ride / drive in cars with different setups on !
My personal favourite is Spax Shocks & springs with H&R ARB's And fully Poly Bushed. But my car is setup for dry trackdays's and is a handfull in the wet !
My car isn't a daily driver so comfort not a problem either

imo spax is suited best to a dedicated track car only as its very harsh on the road even on the softest settings.
dozens of choices and dozens of opinions of whats best but my favoured set up atm is uprated bilsteins with spax springs but thats a compromise of decent road comfort and good handling

Agreen, the cars have go the purple bushes in them. not the black ones.
thanks its just i had hurd of the black race spec ones being more suited towards sole track cars as they were stiffer than the purple ones
