Best air filter for 318is?

Looking to upgrade from standard but have no idea which is best.
Have heard the K&N cone isn't great.
Any recommendations?
Any way of squeezing out a few extra bhp is welcome

ITG from the shop gets a few good reviews, i had a 318i with K&N and no probs, im gettin the ITG when pay day arrives unless something else gets mentioned in this tread.

the one thats in it, or if you really must, get a K&N element to replace the paper filter
