Can you help?

I use the car for track days and recently fitted a Bilstein Sprintline kit and noticed the bushes looked tired. The question is if I change them, what do I change them with? also do I upgrade the anti roll bars at the same time?

Cost is important to me, so it will be the best value/compromise combination.

Cheers,

Andy

powerflex bushes for track use. These are more expensive to buy but i think that they work out quicker and probably about the same price including fitting as you can fit them yourself, unless you have access to free garage facilities to fit the oem bushes, the oem bushes need to be pressed in so i'm told, they're certainly very hard to remove!
sorry, don't really know about arbs.
