m44 with itbs in the e30

I have had a 4 cylinder 1900cc twin cam m44 sitting on the garage floor for the last 5 years, I fitted 2 pairs of the e36 m3 itbs and made an air box then fired it up and couldn't believe how well it ran, I had the red e30 shell repaired and basically fitted the m44 engine and whatever i had available to get it running. Everything seemed to fit lovely,
I entered it into a quarry rally sharing it with a friend so it was used hard without much time for a cool down but I'm not sure it needed it anyway as the water temp gauge doesn't work
it ran faultlessly all day and we had great fun with it
can't wait for the next rally in 2 weeks
