go for a sparco one, try demon tweeks.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

RPM do a nice one for both front and rear. I got some recently.
Mason in the US do a very cool but expensive 3-point brace that ties into the floor if you are planning on really testing the cars strength.
Rear strut brace is only really for looks to be honest though unless you are going for very big power in which case the ones tied into the floor has its benefits of the diff not ripping the floor out.
A lower cross-brace might help things alright at the back especially in cabs as they work well in Z3s

M42 rightness above 6500rpm, nobody can hear you scream
Thanks for the advice guys.
Dave - I looked on RPM's website but could only find front braces, I'll take another look!
The reason I want one is because since fitting the S50 lump and treating myself to some new carbon fibre seats I can no longer get the fourth wheel (I get three in the boot) between the seats and into the back of the car like I used to when taking my track wheels to circuits!!
I have now cut a "letterbox" in the rear "seatupright" in order to be able to post a wheel through from the boot. I want the strut brace just incase I have affected the structural rigidity by cutting a section out.
Steve - Thanks, I'll take a look at the Sparco offering too.

I know you've bought one now but I'd say don't bother. Front braces will make a difference due to the angle the struts sit at, 'joining' the two will stop them flexing inwards and offer a more rigid front end. Any movement in the rear struts will be a vertical movement from the damper doing up and down, therefore from what I can tell, joining the two together will achieve nothing??
Interested to hear any good facts on their usefulness?

Yeah, its just for looks really at the back although I'm sure they would help alittle if you had inner arches that might be a little deteriorated :p
Only thing I can see them helping with is if there is just any simple chassis flex in the that area.
A front brace is essential on an E30 in my opinion however!!!

The main reason I bought one is because I have cut away some of the rear seat back and wasn't sure if it was structural.
Saphire Cosworths do not have the rear seat backing they just have a frame and they suffer from the rear parcel shelf cracking when coilovers are fitted and the interior is stripped so basically that was my reasoning behind my purchase. Not for any
handling improvements.
I shall report back if there is any noticeable improvement although I'm not expecting any and to be fair I haven't driven the car on track since ive fitted the S50 engine, Z3M diff and E36 M3 Steering Rack so it's going to handle completely differently anyway!
