Do most people tend to use the GAZ suspension, or have people found there are better/cheaper options?

cheap option is spax diy coilovers (which i have won on) or AST for the real deal!

Is it right that the Spax kits use coilovers at the front and seperate struts and springs at the rear? This is what I was told by one of the machanics at the PBMW at Oulton park recently.
