right then folks. after i posted up about snapping a spring on the coilovers on my sport & trying in vain to find any indication on the old spring as to what weight/rate it was i found naff all.

so here i am asking for a bit of help.

i've found some replacement springs on demon tweeks but i need to sort out what weight/rate (lb's/inch) to go for.

the car is used several times a week on all road types (including bumpy back roads) & the odd track day so i'm trying to find out what is the best wieght/rate to go for?

so come on folks help me out here please

Faulkner are very good, they deal with the public too so you will probably get a better price direct and better customer service and advice.

Do you know the spring ID and length?

Drop us an email if you want us to help with supply or advice
