If anyone has used Yokohama Advan AO48 tyres on their E30 for track work, I would love to get an idea of the setup you have used to get the maximum benefit. I am planning a different direction with suspension for my E30 Racing Car reshell, and am at a loss to explain the spring rates that have worked in the past.

The tyre I will be using is the 205/50 R15 86V in Medium Compound, on a 1989 E30 2-Door with a 325i drivetrain & LSD. Wheels will be 7Jx15 ET25.

Ideally I would like to know:
-Car weight
-Whether you have coilovers
-Whether you used linear (coilover style) or beehive style springs in the rear
-Spring rates & lengths (F&R)
-Anti roll bar sizes (F&R)
-Camber angles (F&R)
-Ride heights (F&R)

I will also gladly accept advice from people running different tyres, but in similar sizes please.

PM if you wish to keep the information private, all info will be taken in confidence.
