whats the best manual steering rack for racing other than the normal e30 manual one i am using?

Disconnect the power steering.
My first steering mod will be a P/S delete, then probably the Z3 option.

We are running an E46 M3 steering rack on our car. Think it was 2.9 turns lock to lock (not that you will be using all that lock with bug rubber and on the track).
What we did was just drain the fluid from the rack and are running it dry, but I'm thinking of adding an electric power steering system in the future.
