Roll cages, anyone got any plans??

Im going to make up a roll cage for my E30 but before I start I was wondering if anyone had any plans premade??

I know some people are going to start on the 'you cant make one yourself' argument but its not a case of building it on a driveway, i have a good friend that runs an engineering company and two of my mechanics have race car experience, hence why we are building it.

Im more than happy to measure and make myself but if anyone had plans it would make my life a little bit easier...

if you want to save yourself a lot of time and money buy a core kit with the bend tubes ready made and fabricate the rest only.

Thats a great thread, one of the best for anybody thinking about building their own cage, just dont get too carried away
