I’m looking for some advice on what the best combination of shocks, springs and bushes to use on my sport.

The car is going to be a weekend toy with maybe one or two track days per year. I have read you can use some of the M3 bushes on the sport with Bilstein B6 shocks and eibach springs.

Any suggestions or examples of what you lads are using would be good. Also were the best place to buy these.

Do any companies give zone members a discount?

I just refreshed where needed with OEM and added M3 CAB bushes gotta love those offset buggers!) and used Koni Sport Yellow adjustable dampers with Eibach springs. The car is primarily used on the road but likes the track very much on the days it gets there. Such a setup will easily handle 1-2 trackdays a year.

For a dedicated track car or one that will do ~ say ~ a day a month you might look at poly bushes and something a bit more specialized in the spring/damper range.

As above whats the primary use for the car? Road or track?

We offer a number of products catered to both in the traders section

I use poly bushes throughout (including strut top mounts), but mine is a track car so I had no intention of keeping it comfortable for the road.

Rebound adjustable coilovers, adjustable swaybars, camber/caster front strut mounts (a very good upgrade), adjustable rear trailing arm mounts (also a good upgrade to deal with unavoidable rear camber).

I will eventually go soild engine, gearbox, rear sub frame and diff mounts, but that is to stiffen the driveline, and not so much handling.

I you want a firm, but non-harsh ride, opt for new rubber mounts, and you will be happy.
