At the moment I am building a E30 with a S50B32, this car will never see the open road and only be used on the track, the only surface it will see is nice flat tarmac. Taking into account it is completely gutted, has a rollcage and has a bit of extra weight up front (because of the engine swap), What spring rates should I use? Also What size of anti roll bar's should I use?
thanks in advance

what shocks are you going to run? You need a matching spring/shock combo

No such thing as optimal, depends on loads of variables such as track, weather, driving style, general suspension set, tyres etc etc...
That said GAZ supply 600/300 as the default on their coil overs for 6 cylinder engine & probably wouldnt be a bad place to start.

yeah few people have said either 600/300 or 350/550, think i'll end up starting with 600/300 and see how that goes.
