Some stickers missing still but:-

mods so far:-

Welded diff
lowered 60mm
323i rear shocks
totally stripped out
bucket seat and harness
15" alloys
Bodykit from M tec (i think)
headlight removed for air intake

mods to come

supercharged and intercooled 323i engine and box
performance side exit exhaust
air filter
stand alone ecu such as megasquirt
larger injectors and fuel pump

should be good for 200+bhp

interesting mate
what made you choose 323i engine?? as i have one sat here and have been thinking of putting it into my 316spare car but all i ever get is dnt bother get a 25 just seems a waste asi have a sweet eng box etc in a crap shell going to waste

pretty easy really got a rotton 323 for Ԛ£50 and go the wheels and kit off it so thought sod it ill put the engine in too as according to the clocks it had done in the region of 85k miles

whats it been like to daily drive mate??
only driven mine once from nottingham to leed felt good but loose

wouldnt mind doing this whats it like on juice?mine seemed excellent but that was a long run cheers Daz

i dont use it daily its a racing one only, ok on juice at the moment with the 318 but runs rich as the person who owned it before me played with the co2 and i cant figure out which way to turn the screw to lean off the mixture :) was loose until i put the 323 rear shocks on they are gabriel redtops? what ever they are i think a bush has gone or going on the front now as there is some knocking :( never mind
