I use Eibach ARBs on medium stiffness. They transformed the car. I have tried H&Rs on a friend's 318is which was also great, but I couldn't find anyone who was selling them.

Nothing cheap..

Arb's are to stop roll on the road, whilst maintaining ride comfort.. On the track they are for tweaking balance..

If you have too much roll you need stiffer springs to start with tbh
Got cable ties? Get diffin..

Arch roller for hire.
