I need to get my tracking and geometry checked following a little incident at Cadwell on Friday and wondered how you guys have yours setup.

I do drive to and from the tracks if that makes a difference.

The car was already setup when I bought it and I do not know what settings to tell them to use when they set it up for me.

I am having this done on Tuesday so a quick response would be greatly appreciated!

FYI I am running Leda Coilovers.

There is not much to adjust if your car if fairly stock I am afraid.
All you can adjust is front toe.

I am running stock toe in, whatever the book says at the tyre shop.
Have tried toe to ZERO but tyre wear is not worth it IMHO. And I didn't feel any difference in turn in. But that's just me.

According to "someone who knows" (Pooky), for best tyre wear toe-in should be 1/10 of static camber.
E.g., if your camber is -3°, your toe-in should be 0.3° (18 minutes). On standard 205/55/15 tyres this works out to be 1.6mm at the forward edge of the tyre or ,more helpfully, 1.1mm at the rim of a 15" BBS :D

I had a new track rod end for the MOT, and the garage set it back to factory toe settings afterwards. Instantly the car felt less planted, and on initial turn-in it felt vague and unwieldy. They've now changed it so that the adjustment nuts are one full turn outwards, from the factory setting. Haven't had much time behind the wheel since the change but it deffo feels better.
