Rev counter issue...

I am not sure if this post is in the right place but it is most likely to have happened to one of you guys so here goes...

Rev counter working fine, stripped out the carpet for track days and the rev counter stopped working!

Ideas?

interior lights and the switch that operates them seem to be on the same power supply :mad:
