best spark plus for track days..?

e30 325i, used just for track days. Which spark plugs are best? Does it really matter? Waht do he racing guys use?

If the motor is standard, then I'd use standard plugs under most circumstances.
If you're running for a long time at full chat on a hot day, then you could go one range colder (i.e. higher number on plug IIRC) but this may cause fouling on cold days / low revs.
Just look at the plugs after a run and as long as they're not scorched white on the electrode, it's OK.
If it aint broke - don't fix it!
