What is the general consensus on tyre pressures that people use on track? For reference car is a touring with standard bbs wheels and proxies t1rs.
suspension lowered slightly all round and a heavy lump up the front!
Cold readings would be good so I have somewhere to start at the beginning of the day!
Tyre pressures?

There was a post quite a while back about this and the consensous seemed to be for road tyres was to slightly over-inflate them. The reason being, slightly flat tyres IE 22-26 PSI will move around a lot, heating up the tread blocks(if they have any) and the sidewall moves around generating heat. Quite often too much heat in road tyres and then they will go off. By overinflating I guess you are allowing them to move less, but eventually they will overheat.
The above advice was aimed at ring users IIRC, the problem with UK trackdays is that you will spend more time 'using' the tyres and for longer periods. I think i'd just keep the sessions short and go with a fairly middle of the road 30psi if I was running t1rs.
With regards m30 and differing weight distribution and tyre pressure...hmm. Whilst its obviously more nose heavy, its also got more power to heat the rear tyres up as well, so I personally wouldn't go massively different front to back pressure wise.
*Assumption: All T1rs are the same size and profile.

I wouldn't go solely on my judgement!
